In March 2013, Cross weighed 240 pounds (109 kg), the weight he has maintained over the past five years. He reached a 210 pound (95 kg) low point towards the end of the first five months of his diet. Cross's future plans include juice launches in the UK, France, Germany, Russia, Brazil, and Chile.

Cross does not recommend dieting as a long-term solution and only recommends it as a reboot for the body.
